Certainly! You can add as many coupon, promotion, discount codes into EasyPhotoStore easily. When you put these codes you will also be asked for the percentage of discount you are going to put there.

You can also set the expire date of each codes to automatically disable them after a certain period of time. The admin panel also provides the statistic of usage of each codes to tell you which marketing system works for you.

To manage your coupon codes, please go to the Admin Panel > Default Database > Discount Codes. Then you can add, edit or delete your coupon codes there.

Yes, you can have different price structures for each photos. For example, you have 2 wedding clients and you have put their photos into different gallery (category). Now for the first client you want to sell the downloadable photos for $1.95 and prints for $3.95. Meanwhile, for the second client, you want to sell the downloadable photos for $2.95 and prints for $5.95.

With EasyPhotoStore, you can do this easily. And later if you want to edit these prices, you can easily change them all together. You only need to empty the PhotoBasket, then add all photos for the first client gallery into photo basket, and edit the prices there. Then the changes will be done at once. Then you can repeat the step for the second client.

You can easily customize the look of EasyPhotoStore simply by edit the template files within the /templates directory. These templates are basically html files with some smarty codes there. So there will be less problem when you edit them. You can change the CSS, layout, or the theme of EasyPhotoStore very easily there. Yes! You can set EasyPhotoStore to be a Free Photo Gallery. To set this option, you should login into Admin panel > Website Setup > Payment Properties and then choose "I do not want to accept sales" option there.

If you choose this option then, there will be no shopping cart and you can also set the dimensions of each photos for download there. Example: if you are going to use EasyPhotoStore as FREE Wallpaper Gallery, you can then set the dimensions as 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1600x1200, etc. Then you can upload the maximum dimension photos, and let EasyPhotoStore resize them for you automatically when someone downloads it.

Yes! You can password protect a gallery or category easily with EasyPhotoStore. When a category is password-protected, then all photos within that protected category will not be included in search system. And people who would like to access that category will be asked for password.

This is very much usefull for wedding photographers who would allow their customers to choose and buy their own photographs but without allowing other people to have access to the gallery.

Since the new EasyPhotoStore 2007, you can easily edit multiple photos with our new PhotoBasket technology. Let's say that you need to change the pricing structure of your 10,000 photos instantly. To do this, you don't need to edit the photos one by one. Here is how ....

• STEP 1
  You should empty the photo basket first by going to Admin Panel > Photo > Photo Basket .. then choose Empty Photo Basket.
  
  
• STEP 2
  You can search all photos you want to change either by category / gallery, keywords, description or title. If you have categorized your photos well, these tasks will be very easy and we would suggest you to search based on category or gallery.
  
  
• STEP 3
  Let's assume that you have added all photos you want to edit to the PhotoBasket. Now you can go to the Photo Basket by going to Admin Panel > Photo > Photo Basket . then choose Edit All Photos
  
  
• STEP 4
  You can change the photo details there carefully. Remember, you should do these carefully because when you submit .. the system will edit all photos within your PhotoBasket. All of them! So be carefull.
  
  
• STEP 5
  When you have done your editing, you should empty the PhotoBasket ..
